Delivery Information



•Deliveries will either be carried out by our own MP Moran & Sons fleet or by Marshalls Mono Ltd (sometimes subcontracted to a 3rd party delivery firm).
•We delivery UK wide.


•The Delivery price is shown on checkout page prior to placing your order. The price is inclusive of VAT.
•At checkout delivery dates will be offered provisionally.
•Deliveries are carried out Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm.
•Lead times on all products are 5-10 working days (Subject to change).


•If due to unforeseen circumstances delivery cannot be made on the prearranged day, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. We cannot accept liability for any loss by the delayed delivery (e.g. cost of labourers).
•If you cancel the order on the date of delivery a haulage charge will be charged at the cost of the customer.
•If you are unable to accept the goods or decline delivery, a re-delivery charge will be charged at the cost of the customer.
•Goods will not be delivered unless signed for. If you are unable to take the delivery please contact us prior to the delivery date to inform us where to leave the goods. If no prior contact is made, the goods will not be delivered and a re-delivery charge will be charged to the customer.
•Before signing the delivery sheet please inspect the delivery for damage. Note any damage on the delivery sheet and hand back to the driver.
•Please advise us before delivery if there are any restrictions to the property which may cause difficulty for the delivery vehicles.
•Typical vehicles used are 42 Tonne Articulated Lorries. Smaller vehicles can be requested (These may not always be available – please check before placing order).
•Delivery are carried out using a wagon with the following facilities: a tail lift and a pallet truck or a crane offload facility.
•Deliveries will made kerbside as standard or on to driveways (If safe to do so). If you require the vehicle to come further on to the property you do so at your own risk and MP Moran cannot be liable for damage caused by the vehicle on the property.


Damages can only be resolved if complying with the following:
•Damaged goods must be report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
•Photos of the damage is required.
•Report the damage to the delivery driver upon receipt giving details of the damage.
